Kevin P. Norton -  president and CEO
As President and CEO, Kevin Norton has helped steer CAB Health & Recovery Services, Inc. from a grassroots endeavor to a diverse and proactive organization with eight locations and multiple programs across northeastern Massachusetts and greater Boston.

Kevin works closely with the board, staff and community constituencies to steer the agency toward its current reputation as an innovative, state-of-the-art health care organization. In particular, he has successfully set and met financial performance goals, while maintaining standards of care.

Kevin holds a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology from Salem State College and Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University.

Vincent A. Martelli Jr.

Vincent A. Martelli Jr.

As a partner in Parthenon Group, Vincent brings valuable management and strategic planning experience to our Board and agency.

In his professional life, he has advised CEOs and developed business strategy in the fields of natural resources, healthcare, real estate and publishing. He has participated in numerous start-up companies as an advisor and investor. Before joining The Parthenon Group, Mr. Martelli founded and served as president of Earth Solutions, a company that manufacturers and markets photo-chemical recycling equipment. Prior to starting Earth Solutions, Mr. Martelli was a certified broker with Coldwell Banker and an executive vice president at Gerber-Ellis.

Mr. Martelli holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University. He was an All-American baseball player while at Harvard and spent two years as a player in the Cleveland Indians baseball organization. Mr. Martelli grew up in Revere.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffallo, Dr. William (Bill) Medwid is board certified in family medicine. Twice annually, Dr. Medwid delivers community lectures, "How to Talk to Your Kids about Drugs."
